A scratch can happen if you are not careful even with paper... and if you are carrying a metal object its bound to happen.. That doesn't mean Amar went looking for PM and intentionally scratched her with the gun (as per PM's explaination)

In this case it was Amar who had to be careful because he was one with the gun...I am not excusing PM's behaviour here...it was a scratch...and I am sure that Amar didn't even realise it..otherwiswe he would have said sorry then and there...
