How to balance the BB house???

Clearly this season will go down in the history of Indian reality series as the most number of fights/ripoffs/abuses/etc...What happened to the tasks? The winning points-luxury budget-clearly they are in for fighting worse than gutter fights!!!!
What can be done to balance this-
1)Set tough tasks so that they are so tired that unke muh se jyada haath pair chale-
2)Do double eliminations to remove excess negativity.
Please suggest others...
