....and there's something I thought I'd never hear in this lifetime... When Ravi was saying "ma ek hi hoti hai..." I was thinking on the lines of ..."aur biwi anek?" c'mon look who's talking abt respecting moms? One is the serial womanizer and the other is the serial massager 😕

come on yaar forgive her she made a mistake unlike the others who make up lies for example rakhi who was talking bout her mom dieing so she can get married....then there's amit who sometimes has parents sometimes doesn't....and mr kissen who can't even be faithful to his wife who is a mother of three...their all hypocrites but i honestly think ragini was right when she said if she knew how to lie why would she use her mom

I am with Ragini. She did all the work without a frown on her face. She had to come up with so many excuses still she completed the task so intelligently.

I do not agree with Ravi that she should have told that some other relative was in the hospital. All other people not as important as Mom. If she was wrong in making her mom ill, she would have been wrong in making a ill. She did not say that her mom had cancer. She just said some viral infection.

Everyone tries to play a game as best as one can play. Even when we play board games at home we try to win. If she was trying to play the game with the intention of not being nominated then what is the harm.

Although I didn't like her excuse, I'd like to give her 'Benefit of Doubt.' I guess she only had a few minutes to make up an excuse, and she is probably bad in making one up. I am sure her intentions weren't bad and she loves and adores her mother as much as we all do.

The other aspect I thought was that maybe her Mom doesn't keep that well and prob. has been hospitalized few times due to some sickness and that's why she seemed to have said this lie so fluently, and for the same reason that was the first thing that came in her mind.

Let's forgive her guys and give her another chance.😊

i would have said that my house lease agreement was kept by me in my locker and now there was a minor dispute with the owner so my parents wanted to discuss some issues with me through BB in the confession room...
i wouldnt ever fake my mom's illness.
i made this excuse the moment i read your post.may be if i think for 5minsmore i can come up with atleast 2-3 more excuses

I agree she should have come up with another excuse.
She could have been just a bit more vague, and said it is a personal issue, and I can't discuss it right now till I get more information and just asked for some space.

I was reading all the posts and I am amazed at people's reactions to Ragini's lie. Its as if everyone out here thinks that he/she is Raja HarishChandra 😉

I think we should trouble our brains a bit and try to recollect the kind of excuses we come up with for bunking work or studies from our workplace, school or college. Most of the excuses are health related that too of someone in the immediate family. Father, Mother, Brother, Sister etc. That is mainly to make an impact!
None of us really means any harm to our parents or siblings. Ragini was in a similar situation. She had to make up a lie that would justify her constant visits to the confession room. Only if someone close like mom or dad would have been ill, would BB bother to keep the inmate informed about the health progress. Why would BB bother to trouble Ragini if some chacha, mama was unwell? That sounds suspicious and ridiculous! Nobody would have believed her.

She had to convince everyone and I think she had fared very well in her task.
