Oh My GOD!!!!! i can't stand her hindi! I thought I spoke bad hindi but this girl is 10x worse than me. How can someone be born and raised in India and still have such poor hindi???

thats coz there are so many regional languages in india.. my parents hindi is way worse then hers and then have been living in delhi for the past 15 years..
mainly coz the place they spent majority of their lives there was a different regional language..

coz she is from goa and there she spoke a differnt language n not hindi so thas why her hindi is bad

I am NOT a Carol fan, but I am ok with her hindi... She doesnt know the language properly but still making an effort and that should be appreciated.

I dont blame her...even her parents dont speak hindi...it depends on what kind of household you are born and which state you are born in...there are so many ergions in India and not all of them speak hindi there...

Yeah I am totally fine with her Hindi. Here is my view, she does not know hindi but as someone else mentioned she makes an effort to talk in hindi. It reminds me of a college friend in Hostel, he was from Kerla (and christian), he was not very comfortable in Hindi but when he talked to someone who was not comfortable with English, he will make a very geniune effort to talk in hindi so that they can communicate.
I am all for Carol's Hindi and more for her effort to talk in Hindi. Also I observed that atleast no one in house made fun of her Hindi but try to help her out when she struggles with words to express herself.
It was funny when Ravi was trying to teach her Bhojpuri.

one has to speak the language to be fluent ....she is not from hindi speaking region and in her line of work all of them speak in english .......atleast she is trying her best..........just becasue Hindi is national language you don't have to be perfect in it ....knowing the language and speaking is two different things.......my mother toungue is tamil but i was born and raised in Mumbai.....i am more comfortable in marathi .....she can read and understand and speak in her own way ......you cannot expect her to be perfect
