Please be cooperative guys, I understand ur concern. But Shweta can't be named coz she has maximum support out there and is the most likable inmate alongwith Sameer and Seema.
It doesnt matter what a minority people wants.

If u r talking about her popularity in some other site, what does it has to do with this forum?
If u r asking this question here it should be based on facts and figures here not somewhere else.

This is my analysis

Shweta Tiwari- Is ok person but knows when to back out of promises for her benefit

Sameer- Is good hearted and cannot see through games all are playing especially his so called friends. Can be manipulated by anyone for their benefit.

Manoj Tiwari - ok person but backs out for his benefit, cannot take a stand for friends

Khali- Indifferent but very shrewd person. Cannot be manipulated by anyone

Sara - Very manipulative but soft hearted when it comes to ashmit and can be manipulated by some

Hrishant - Acts indifferent but very shrewd and manipulative. Cannot be manipulated by anyone

Ashmit - Shrew, manipulative but can be emotionally manipulated like Veena did

Veena- Shrewd, Manipulative and can do anything to win. Cannot be manipulated by anyone but tries to manipulative everyone.

Where are the other names? Do you mean that Khali, Shweta, Sameer and Seema dont even have the potential to be likeable?😲

It could be taken both ways :

a. Khali, Shweta, Sameer and Seema are loved by the audience

b. Khali, Shweta, Sameer and Seema can never become likeable.

Should we give the benefit of doubt to the creator of this post?😉
