Meena, most North Indians, even if they are non-vegetarians, will not eat non-veg food...even eggs on Tuesdays. Some also do the same on Saturdays.

now don't make general statement for indians...apni baat karowhat is indian common terminology? lol😆even if u r talking in colloquial terms, there are so many indians who eat egg and claim to be vegetarians.Ufff.....yeh vegetarians ke pange bade hai...glad that i m non-vegetarian.

What i meant is that the terms we use "commonly" in India is either vegetarian, non-vegetarian and at times eggitarian ". We don't use the correct scientfic names which were mentioned in earlier post in our common conversation.
And whats the problem with generalising as Indian. I interact with people from different states, and all of them use the same terms. If you have a different opinion state that instead of telling me what to say.
