There are many types of Vegatarian..........but most commonly there is vegetarians Lacto-Ovo. People who do not eat beef, pork, poultry, fish, shellfish or animal flesh of any kind, but do eat eggs and dairy products are lacto-ovo vegetarian. Also there is ovo-vegetarians refers to people who do not eat meat or dairy products but do eat eggs.
Then there is vegans who do not eat meat of any kind and also do not eat eggs, dairy products, or processed foods containing these or other animal-derived ingredients such as gelatin.
I am a vegetarian and I don't eat eggs, like boiled or omelette. But I can't ovoid it in ready made cakes and bread so forth. I live in a country where if your too picky you will have nothing to eat as majority is non-veg. So, its also up to the person on how they follow such diets.
Nevertheless, I think it was really stupid to have that kind of a heavy meal for breakfast or brunch..............There was nothing wrong with eating the left overs, food should not be wasted. But at least serve it at the right time. It wouldn't have been such a problem had she put it on the table at lunch time or even dinner. I mean the poor people had it the night before and then right in the morning again...at least give them time to digest the first meal.
