I think each host has his or her own style. Comparing is really so subjective because all of us have our own likes and dislikes.

In the end it is really the inmates who make the show what it is.

Hosts, I feel are chosen because of their fame to attract TRP's.
It is the content and what happens in the house that makes each host react in his/her way.

Again I feel it is each viewers perception that a host may favour one person which is justified to a certain extent but the show is still going on so maybe given time the others too will get attention.

This is my understanding.

1) I agree Salman shouldn't have entered the house, not only he is breaking the rule, he may also unintentionally/intentionally let the housemate know what he doing wrong.

2) I agree that he has to really grill the contestants, but saying that, he never asks/favoring Shweta any tough questions, is wrong
Yesterday's episode he asked shweta, what u don't like in bigg boss house.
Though it may sound simple but it isn't. You know what Shweta's thinking(Dolly). But is she capable of saying it in front of Dolly who all other housemate fear and changed sides for.

3) Best mom in the world. Shweta is single mom. She was humiliated.
Dolly entered only because she would create problems for Shweta no other reason.
This shouldn't have happened.
Salman rightly gave some words of encouragement which will help Shweta in long run.

exactly and i know this from my personal experience when i had seen Jaya, AB and Amar Singh at heathrow airport... no one was talking to them apparently.. when i went to say hi to them.. Jaya was nice and very happy to talk .. AB was slightly rude i din care either.. and Amar Singh.. i din even look at him
