If rahul wants to win he will have to atleast shell minimum 10 crores from his pocket, to be absolute certain. as he is being nominated for the 3rd time, one was fake, bringing in monica and saving payal as well.

Just or titbits, Prashan Tamang won Indian Idol 3 Finals by a whopping 7 crores vote. That makes it 42 crores of extra money being bet on him on the finals.

SO do you get the drift on the amount of money involved.

Though Mr. Mahajan has the money, but I dont know whether he can just spend it on a reality show like this which is not looking a very good launch pad for his career. His political image isnt harnassing from thsi.

I am saying this because I have all true figures as I was studying in a very reputed Management Institute. 😉

I wasn't talking about winning at all costs. But if Rahul so wishes he has enough money to spend and win rather than win and earn. Had Rahul been playing like Zulfi and been up for eviction only once, his people would have had to vote for him only once, so far. The fact that he's nominated every other week changes the game and the figure that now needs to be spent on voting. Moreover, it doesn't appear to me that he's so set on winning. But for sure he wants to be in the final 3. As you yourself mentioned, BB isn't II. The II winner is given a contract worth 1 crore and what not. The winning amount here is half that. As one member of the public, I might bring myself to vote for an II contestant but I doubt I would spend a dime on a BB contestant. What I wrote was also based on this.... Public voting might not play as crucial a role in BB as dedicated voting by your own people. But ofcourse, I could be wrong, since I don't make up the entire population
I don't care 2 hoots about the money involved.... 10 lakhs or 10 crores is a ridiculur amount to be spent on voting, but then I am not one of the participants so what do I know!
