Arshi is really hurt and the reason is Shilpa
Arshi Khan threw a party couple of days back and invited some of her Bigg Boss 11 co-contestants. Vikas Gupta, Akash Dadlani, Sabyasachi Satapathy, Priyank Sharma, Jyoti Kumari and Mehjabi Siddiqui turned up and they all had quite a time. They danced like there is no tomorrow, letting all their differences aside. Arshi had sent an invitation to the winner, Shilpa Shinde too, but much to her surprise, she chose to stay at home. We know that Shilpa and Arshi became quite close on the show. So much that Shilpa became a maternal figure of sorts of for Arshi. Agreed, they had their share of fights, but when Arshi re-entered the house in the last week of the show, all was well again between them.
Considering that, Arshi wanted Shilpa to be a part of her bash, but when she didn't turn up at the party, it hurt Arshi a lot. In an interview with Telly Masala, Arshi confessed that it was her duty to invite Shilpa, and rest was upto her. "I think she doesn't have time for this. Maybe she did what she did only for the show. If she really considered me as her daughter, she would have been here with me, Arshi was quoted.
She also added, "I tried my best to talk to her. In fact, I even called her and I told her that the audience really liked our rapport, and this is something that she should not break, but looks like she doesn't have time for all this.
