There is no legal proof of Vikas being involved in Shilpa's controversy so your statement that Shilpa won in front of the man who had made her sit at home is false.

First let's wait for the verdict on Shilpa's cases in court and then we'll all know for sure whether Vikas was involved or not. If the court decides that Vikas was involved in her case then and only then we can all state as a fact that she won in front of the person who had made her sit at home.

Shilpa's accusations which she stated as facts were definitely slanderous and libellous and Vikas can easily file an FIR on her on a defamation case as her defamatory accusations on the show led to a lot of the public believing him to be as a power hungry monster who indulges in casting couch and destroys careers leaving his public reputation in tatters.
