The Issue was not about removing her from the show...but getting her banned...Everyone knows Kapil had offered her to join his show during the spat and it was almost concluded ...Contract violation should be monetary penalisation ...not banning ...that amounts to bullyism ...how different is it from Bonded labour ...which is considered taboo world over.

I guess the TV mafia got involved to avoid Shilpa setting a precedent for fair work ethics...know couple of TV artists ...they are treated no different from the Chinese sweat shop ...the difference is money and glamour...Vikas's guru Ekta is the master of this game ...it's a unspoken slavery for the artists.

If the crew version is to be believed...it wasn't just the money issue ...it's the way the artist were treated by Benaifer ( producer) even after the show gained popularity ...Shilpa rebelled after it got extreme...and it wasn't just her cause alone
