In Hindi Mudda (mostly used in politics) meaning is ISSUE only.
It's not any slang in Hindi.

I don't think you know what you are talking about considering I only told the meaning of the american slang that is also termed as "mudda". There is a different meaning of the word that is not only just solely for Hindi usage. American slangs exist you know 😊
