The COW pretended to be a fan IMO. Her compliment that i am your biggest fan and then that Karma thing was like how VG compliments Shilpa. It was more of a backhanded compliment and not a real compliment. I felt that it was an attempt to rile her up so that she loses her calm and strats reacting and spoil her fan base.
