Depends on how one takes the script Spicy. Salman saying dono galat sounded more like both were part of the decision that caused Shilpa to be out of work'. The script conveniently didn't go into why she got sacked and Vikas certainly wasn't given the chance to say the reason. Honestly I skip posts about their outside life so I don't know or want to know anything about it. But I know not to take what Salman was saying as correct because even with the MMS conversation, he said it was natural' for Shilpa to accuse people. Err no it's not, of course you can feel or think suspiciously about who might be involved but no one decent will accuse another of something until they have facts. And as others have said on the main forum, saying unn hi log DOES include Vikas, so that whole conversation was stupid as heck.
Precisely - the whole purpose of yesterday's WKW was to validate Shilpa's accusations - though they're still as unsubstantiated as the day before. Salman too has zero evidence to substantiate Shilpa's claims and likely zero interest in her story. But Shilpa had to be validated, and Vikas suggested guilty, hence the veiled talk. As you said - why she got sacked, and why she was out of work was conveniently omitted. And when Vikas tried to defend himself, Salman cut him off.
But it's not surprising really - they're glossing over serious allegations like the CC and MMS-making - defamatory stuff this - and they literally told us it's fine because she said sorry, or she didn't accuse Vikas alone, but rather him + a collective.
And Vikas' so-called power is a joke - you have Salman and the makers validating Shilpa's claims against him with zero proof of the matter, and Vikas is powerful? Na - it's the TRPs that are so. This was the same Salman who said next one to make a personal comment is out - and that is just one example of his credibility as host of this show.
But it doesn't really matter because it worked - people believe that Vikas must've wronged Shilpa. The HMs like Shilpa and not Vikas = Vikas guilty, and Salman hinted so = Vikas guilty. And anything goes in the name of revenge - even unfounded accusations. The idea that it was Shilpa's unreasonable demands and tantrums that got her replaced, and that Vikas was simply doing his job, has equal, if not more merit. But that idea is not the one that suits the current TRP needs.
