No, you don't need anyone's permission to start a CC. Btw, stalkers udhar bhi ajae ghe. Last year humare saath ye bhi hua tha. Our CC was stalked and some people made MIDs to insult us even there.

stalkers and MIDs ka to kuch nahin ho sakta. at least we can discuss episodes and contestants in CC without fear of warnings.

CC forum ka bhi rule ha that you can't talk about what's happening on other forums and stalkers uss basis pe report kare ghe. :/

scope of reporting would be less there, unlike here where people report you even if you take name of any contestant .😆
