Hina is thinking as if BB is the real world, she needs to know that you don't have to make friends for life in the house. She's treating Ben as if Ben was her life long friend who betrayed her. If Hina was clever, she'd forgive Ben and use it as her adavatnge, but this women just does what she wants to.

Oh well, I'm neither sad nor happy about it because on one hand, Ben is a paltu. On the other hand, Hina doesn't need to hold grudges. But I'm sure they'll sort it out soon. Didn't I say Ben and Hina will be back together sooner or later?

Just go by host feedback, he said Hina is right & A is wrong. That means that is the official portrayal, and any other interpretation is wrong.
