Again, the point is that Priya and Kishwar were not punished for pee incident. So, if Baba is being nominated for it, then it is not fair. A judge in the game show sets precedent with his decisions and he has to honor them in future. That is why, it is so important to take the right decisions, keeping in mind how the decisions will influence the actions of future contestants.
This is a fallacious argument. THERE was no precedent set in the form of a open permission to do this.
Law treats a repeat offender differently from the first time offender for the same crime.
Also in law when it states a particular breach will entail a punishment of upto say X years of prison or a fine of upto Rs. Y, the judge can give a prison of less than X or collect a fine less than Y.
It doesn't mean every offender should also be treated in the same way.
There is no precedent.
