Swami Om should NOT be punished for throwing pee, and here's why

And again I state even if Om ji was Prince Narula (who I think is the worst BB contestant ever I find him even more disgusting than Baba) himself even then the rules should have been the same.

I agree to the bold but OM deliberately ignores BB rules also.. Salman only repeats them and make them understand somehow which our dearest OM ji understands completely but acts as if he didn't get a thing.

about rules - its subjective I think and BB doesn't go by the books, he has to judge every situation accordingly else every single contestant will be out by not following what is written on papers.

I really would have wanted to agree with Goldie. Also I am all of subjectiveness of the way rules are viewed but not with selective application of it.

All I am saying is Priya wasn't even given a warning if you really want to set a precedent then give a warning or even nominate him for the whole season rather than evicting him out altogher no matter what his past sins were/are/

arre yaar I explained earlier that priya was in the car, she had nothing but her own urine to throw at kish at that time when kish was all over her. and that spray was dangerous to inhale.

and here OM consciously choose these disgusting things. chalo koini aap disagree karlo. miss to OM ko main bhi karungi 😃 I liked him and jagga as well

Two wrongs don't make a right.

Baba shouldn't escape just becos Priya / Kish did. Baba was warned multiple times, but he chose to ignore.

Also BB is known to follow different standards for different people. when Rohan gets pushed by others BB keeps quiet, but when he pushes someone BB punishes him.

Here's another example, Pooja Misra pushes Sid and gets evicted, Armaan hurts Sofia, Punz hurts Arya or Sonali slaps Ali, they do not even get any minor punishment.

Agreed. This disgusting pee throwing has happened last season too, but I'm glad that they're setting a precedent against it now, with evicting Baba. The HMs do not sign up to be at the receiving end of this kind of crap, and they shouldn't be subjected to it.

Having said that - I don't condone the violence. And BB's rule against it is a joke - they pick and choose which instances to speak on, and that too only if the affected HM complains. I don't mind the punishment differing depending on the nature and degree of it - i.e. going from reprimands up to eviction, but they should at least act on every instance of violence. As of the last few seasons, the rule seems to be in name only.

In fact I'd argue that BB needs to set a new precedent that this behaviour is inexcusable.

They have let too much go in this season and it's about time they stand up and take harsh actions, even if it contradicts how they've reacted before.

i totaly agree with you. BB has been very lenient on om swami, they have overlooked many incidents of his bad behavior. he has been warned a 100 times both by BB and salman. but the man just doesnt seem to understand anything. he doesn't care for anybody, the show, the people or the country. his sole purpose is the create havoc and trouble. he does the same outside the house as well. he has no followers but just wanders around picking on anybody for 60 seconds on tv. he will fall to any extend to get footage. BB made a big mistake by bringing him in as contestant. i wounder if they do any psychological evaluations on the contestants before signing them up for the show. this season has seen two highly unstable individuals Om swami, and priyanka jaga. they should seriously evaluate contestants before bringing them on such a reality show
