You said it yourself, Salman wanted to clear his image which was ruined thanks to Armaan and Tanisha. and note how other contestants are not invited but the three who he(salman) kept on bashing, especially Kaushal week after week. Ofcourse salman is close to Armaan and he supported Andy which was clearly shown every week. Then there is Kushal who's dad is a politician and is from well to do family in U.P. Kaushal isn't the one on the loosing end, it's salman because he Supported Araman and Tanisha's mis behavior every week, so Salman needed to do damage control.
