Please do not ignore the 2nd line. Its clearly stated that things like pulling stools and shouting at each other are commonly done by school children as well as adults. I am sure everyone here would have seen that done more than once in their life.

Re the mop incident I do feel it was not intentional as Armaan did not go to the bathroom to get the stick and hot someone. He was pulling it away and could have hurt Sofia that way. Why do you believe that it was intentional??
