Her name is NISHI (Armaan ji's mother), one of the popular actress of the 50s known for her Vamp/Negative roles.

I love her acting and also her songs. One of my favorite song of her is from a Shammi Kapoor starrer movie, where she dances to this amazing peppy song :-
