Hi Cruiser

Re: https://www.indiaforums.com/forum/bigg-boss-saath-7/3850653/where-is-the-sense-of-proportion-or-sense-in-all-this

Sorry to respond to you here but I cannot post any replies due to restrictions hence I have no choice to make this thread. You have written well and I appreciate your diverse opinion to the topic, its good to hear from the other point of view.

However I have to disagree with you on your original post.

Its NOT an assumption anymore, they went through the evidence, showed it to the judge and the judge gave a warrant for the arrest -- this is no laughing matter simply because of -- (A) It's already been proven that the assault took place as per the evidence. (B) Justice of peace signed the warrant. (C) The cops arrested him and now the matter is before the court.

This is not some hear say or assumptions and the charges are quite serious of nature and make perfect sense to me. Each country has its own laws and regulations that should be respected. If the laws exist there then he should be charged for it no matter our disagreement we should not apply our Russian or Canadian or any other logic to them.

You think the police should have waited for few weeks so the show is over but they couldn't care less, the law is not bound as per BiggBoss convenience. Besides the only time police can arrest you without warrant is if you are flight of risk and running away after immediately committing the crime and it occurred in front of them then they do not need a warrant to arrest you. Here they waited for the evidence, got the warrant from the judge and now arrested him for a hearing set today.

He is out with a bail, but it doesn't mean he did not commit a crime. A bail is only an interim relief until a sentencing can be carried out. Getting out doesn't mean he is innocent of free, it means he still has to go back and face the music when the hearing is set. My stance on this you (Armaan) committed the crime you go to jail how hard is it to understand for him, perhaps Armaan should have thought before so he wouldn't be seeing this day.

If you play for fire one day you are going to get burned! I have no sympathies for him. šŸ¤”

P.S. My apologies in advance to anyone as I cannot post any more replies.

I feel Law is above anything. Telling someone that they are wrong just because they stood up for their rights is šŸ‘ŽšŸ¼.

If he has indeed hit her, then he should definitely be arrrested. Let's not neglect the gravity of the situation just because it's a reality show. However, I don't know what the truth is because BB hasn't shown the footage.

Police can arrest only if they have proof. Bail is standard procedure which does not mean he is let off free, its just relief till the sentencing happens if its not a seriously criminal issue and the person will not abscond.

Edited:
And police will not arrest someone as influential like Armaan without proof.

Bail means the temporary release of an accused person awaiting trial, sometimes on condition that a sum of money is lodged to guarantee their appearance in court. It is NOT an indication of not guilty simply it provides interim relief to the accused to build a case and have a fair trial.
