Basically police coming to BB house, looking at video, concluding that there is substance in Sophiya's claim establishes that some sort of hinsa did happen.
Lets analyze implications
1- BB creative team: They knew that a hinsa of bigger order happened with Sophiya compared to Andy and yet they ignored it, did not reprimand Armaan and edited videos. This brings into question their fairness and in an event of a suit against them will go against them. Now if they bring Armaan back this will be worst which would mean another mistake on top of a mistake.
2- Salman Khan: He knew what happened. He has spent time going after Kushal but what about this? You did saw the video so this was your reaction? You did not console Sophiya even. If anything you contibuted to the situation by making fun of her looks which gave more courage to Armaan to do these things.
3- Andy. He was very active in blaming Kushal. Why was he so quiet here? Just because it was not on you and on someone you called a cow, suddenyl violence is okay? This is why I dislike this ugly thing
4- So called peaceful person. Did he have the courage to confornt Armaan? Is his manhood and graciousness active at anytime?
5- Gauhar and Kushal. If violence of arrestable magnitude happened then they should have been more vocal
6- Kamiya and Ajaz also did not speak that much
7- Tannisha is digusting and was involved in this as she instigated Armaan
Coming to factors which led to all this
- Armaan's behavior. He called people kaaliya, he gloated about wealth and hurt poor, he was arrogant. I think this adds up to something. People develop bad reputation and maybe someones mind did not give him benefit somewhere
- His past went against him
- BB unfairness went against him as it angered sophiya
- Salman's support went against him as it angered sophiya
- Tannisha's instigations went against him
This event is not ordinary event. The show was developing this reputation of being one sided. both the creative team and salman khan were being too unfair. We can debate on the reasons but this show was favoring bollywood types and later so called awesome foursome
The great thing about life is that it balances out in the end. When there is too much negativity something happens (and you can attribute to God, natute) that life resets and things are balanced again. BB clearly ignored this hinsa, salman made fun of a girl and armaan called her freak and I honestly saw a weak shattered crying woman and there was salman not consoling her, bb not supporting her. I felt bad.

Many like me felt bad. This gir got the courage and said no I am not going to take it. They cannot insult me like that. Thanks to police today Armaan was aressted. I am not happy with this outcome as I said eariler however I am happy that people like Salman and Creative will fear that they cannot take anyone for granted. Their dramas can backfire
Sure Armana will be on bail and he should be as I dont think he is bad person. However this little episode has served its purpose. For a day or two it brought down the whole management of BB. It brought fear in those who were acting fearless. It reminded all that any freak, ugly cow can take you down. Any poor thaneedar can take you to the jail.
I am impressed with this message. Thanks Sophiya and Indian Police for keeping these people in check.

The point here is that this act of sophiya was brave and I dont think she is doing it for publicity. I say that because I think she cried geniunely. She was made fun of, her looks were made fun of, she was not respected and trearted fair.
That is what has driven her to do this and not just the mope. She felt helpless. Got evicted and the host did not say two supporting words.
The nature acted and with this act of hers showed that well lets reset. lol. I cant go more deep since i dont know much about past of armaan

Okay...that's your opinion, i respect it

He may not be a 'crminal' types but he's definitely a spoiled brat...none of this would've happened had Salman been strict with him or BB had followed its rules...but instead salman was always lenient and bb chose to ignore his misdeeds

These type of people take things for granted and believe they can get away with things cause they are high and mighty...and that's why he always talks about 'aukaat'

Only a strict punishment can put persons like these in check

He has featured in a movie called aulaad ke dushman. A father supports all bad deeds of his son and one day they all suffer. The son learns from it and everything works out in the end
Unfortunately he did not follow the message of his own movie.
I agree with your points completely. lol

I agree TM with everything except Armaan's criminality. If he saint been convicted YET doesn't mean he hasn't done wrong. Just means his dad has very deep pockets.
I am not holding too much hope on justice in this case either because of the corruption and ability to infinitely delay verdicts or bury cases in India.

The likes of Salman, Tanisha and Armaan were given complete autonomy to do what they wanted without fear for consequences. They consider it their birthright to treat others badly whom they consider less than their 'calibre'. The rope they were given eventually helped hang them.

This should be a lesson the the Devgans, Mukerjees, Khans and Kohlis of the world that no matter he much you try to manipulate and control things in your favour, eventually you hurt only yourself.

Endemol, Viacom and Colorstv better learn from this wake up call as well. It's not ok to sit back, watch and even encourage victimization of another. Where does your responsibility as a broadcaster, producer, start and end. Careful editing does not absolve you from your responsibility.

At the end of the day, don't make the mistake of presuming that the audience is stupid or that the audience takes morbid pleasure in the victimization of another. Vindictiveness is not entertainment.

Those are adjectives that people have used. armaan called freak, andy called cow, and all the fun made of her look means she is ugly
its not my words. lol

Armaan is an abusive jerk. Absolutely no doubt about it. He deserved the jail time.Anyone who thinks Armaan is not a bad person, probably has a special dictionary with different definitions of bad and good.

However, I do agree that BB and Salman are equally at fault. By siding with him and ignoring all his transgressions, they let him escalate. Sofiya got absolutely no support or help when she needed it. Sooner or later someone had to go and seek help from higher authorities.

There is some screaming/yelling/fighting which is entertainment. But there is always a line which shouldn't be crossed. Hopefully, BB will be more cognizant of people crossing the line from now on.
