Have no idea. But heard the news quite a while back, that they had gone to BB production house in afternoon to review footage. Once they confirmed, they arrested, and have taking him for booking. Believe that once he is booked, his dad and lawyer can get him out on bail.

Perhaps that's why they think that he'll be back in the house. But honestly, if he chooses to spend his time in the house, after being charged, it's a shame, and will show how lightly he is taking this.
