If Armaan was your brother, Father, Husband would you consider this to be just from the shows perspective & history of this show? Family members don't leave there family members even after murdering someone. Tries to reduce his punishment as much as possible. Which is considered unjust by the victims, family. Are you not biased for your family members?

If I see the incident as a neutral viewer, I find both at fault and both crossed lines of decency. If I consider BB history, I don't see this event like, even Armaan can be evicted. Specially if Kushal is in house, Armaan has no reason to be punished, if it's just because Andy or his family didn't file a complain, then Sophia only proves that, she is looking for footage. She herself was a perfect bitch in the show,

but this is not about crossing lines of decency...this is about criminal offences ...

Whether he should be evicted or not from the show...that's another matter...but should he be arrested? Ofcourse! ...Cause from Indian law's point of view it is a criminal offence to intentionally hurt another woman and it is morally and ethically wrong as well to hit a woman since they are physically not as strong as a man...

Plus the police themselves examined the video and found Sofia's allegations to be true and then they arrested him...

how convenient to blame it on a woman who is just doing what BB should have done..

Good post. So true. She was right in doing what she did. She was denied justice in the show so she did what was right.
