That is correct Sec 354 was earlier a bailable crime not any more.

When has anything been unfair. If she doesn't retaliate to Armaan's abuses, it's Armaan's fault not Tanisha's. 😆

The people who blame justice system and police do not know how it works. I am not saying it is not falwed but then they have to play by rules and now in case of women it has become more strict than ever.
