Ghutka is paan like chewing tobbaco product , regular use of that leads to cancer and banned in many states. Sachin joshi hv business of Goa (brand) ghutka most of these ghutka bussiness groups have links with criminal elements. No doubt bollywood lick feet of these ppl whoever have money. Sachin joshi is powerful because he found quick route to publicity by cracking a bad joke on gaushal. He should be in guinness book of world records. His jackpot flopped, but his dialogue became a hit. It reminds me of movie Sholay where Samba had only one dialogue and still got popularity, when gabbar asks Samba ki kitna inaam rakha hai sarkar ne hum par, Samba replies " poore pachaas hazaar". Samba had only one dialogue and Sachin joins him too. He will be known as the bad joke guy.

FYI, Sachin Joshi is Goa Gutka baron, Jagdish Joshi's son. People confuse Sachin Joshi as Gutka Company, Manikchand's owner's son. However Rasiklal Manikchand Dhariwal owns Manikchand Gutka.
