This is recorded from live feed. Probably recorded by someone using their cell phone or handycam & recording fro live feed on the desk/lap-top. You can clearly see someone's dinning chair in the background for a micro second beginning at 1.51 in the above link

Definitely a production of someone sitting in Fursat Ali ki gali (someone idle) 😆
