Armaan definitely deserves a good beating for all his abuses...but to be very fair, the night when Armaan allegedly hit Sofia with the mop...firstly Kushal and Ejaj tried their best to prove that Sofia had a bruise, but even BB's close camera could not find any bruise...i didn't see them...so i believe it was more verbal abuse than physical...and i am confident Armaan abused her coz BB edited out the whole part...and sadly i dun think police will file a report just for abuses...they will only act when it is racial in nature..like insulting some one from backward caste...i believe there is a provision to protect the backward caste...else i dun see police acting on verbal abuse, however insulting they might be...And also BB being a reality show, verbal abuse can't be a base for police action unless there was an attempt to molest Sofia or any physical violence. Sadly i dun believe either case happened.

If she feels threatened by him then yes, she would file the report. However, I'm inclined into thinking that she's doing this for publicity.

Note: I dislike Armaan the most and i just hate Salman for never taking Armaa's class. I was just stating the fact here that there might not be any case against Armaan despit all his abuses.

I hope when Armaan goes out, people throw cowdung and shoes at him. He makes Sky look like a gem.

If Tanisha files a complain against Kushal she and her family will loose more than gain anything. I'm sure she wouldn't want her family's name dragged further in the mud. Reputation ka toh kabada pehle hee boht nikal chuka hai 😆. Her case is weak as it is because it is she who pushed him and gave intentional chest bumps 2 times. Intentional chest bumping qualifies as sexual harassment here in the west and I'm sure they could build a case if they wanted to even in India as everything is on tape. Atbest she can claim maan hani for all the demeaning things he said to her (mostly in response anyway) but would it be worth the retaliation and counter allegations that will come ?
