I didnt have any opinion of Kushal earlier...infact I liked the way he was trying to woo Gauhar during the initial few weeks. But since the Tani incident, I've started hating this guy.
No...am not a fan of Tani either. She comes across as someone who does not have any self-respect whatsoever and I'm appalled at the way she is behaving in the house. She sets a very bad example to all the women across the world who take abuses and worst still, stand by the abuser.
Ok..but back to Kushal. It was absolutely disgusting to see how Kushal behaved with Tanisha. He says he respects women and would defend them, but my take is that he doesnt even respect any human being, be it a male or a female. He has a huge ego, an even bigger superiority complex and lives in castles that he has built in the air where he is the King. And if anyone tries to portray the truth which is different from his own understanding of his fame, he cannot take it.
I just dont like his language, the way he talks to ppl, with absolute disregard to basic human etiquettes and with utter disrespect. He really gets on my nerves everytime I see him on TV.
Now coming to Salman, his initial dislike to Kushal started with the way he spoke and provided explanation to the Tanisha incident. He didnt seem to have any regrets. I think it ticked Salman off (if u watched KWK, you will see Salman making a statement saying that today's youngsters, though have not achieved much, think that they have achieved a lot and have the wrong attitude or something to that effect).
And then followed the media outlash against Salman and also Kushal's interviews. The media outlash definitely has affected Salman, no doubt abt it.
I'm not saying Armaan is a saint either and I know it doesnt make any sense when he offers apologies after he's made a mistake, which is like ALWAYS!
But if I were reprimanding my kid for a mistake of his, if he apologizes, I let go. I cannot continue reprimanding for long after that. That's what happens in Salman-Armaan conversations. Armaan apologizes right away, now what more can anyone say?
Kushal, Gauhar on the other hand, dont let go. They are not the only ones in the house making mistakes, but they are the only ones who go on and on and who keep justifying and dont try to see the other side. For them, they are ALWAYS right. They can never be wrong.
Gauhar is super talented and career wise, I'm sure she is gonna do wonders. As a person too, she comes across as so strong and a go-getter. But unfortunately her "I am always right, I am always fair, I am the best" attitude will affect her somewhere down the line. And her association with Kushal is making things worse for her.
Kushal, I've seen his serial (cpl of episodes). I didnt pay much attn to him though, because I loved the chulbuli Manvi than the character of Virat. But still I think this boy would have done good. But he's got a really bad attitude. I would not want to be associated with someone like him ever (atleast based on what I've seen so far). His uncouth mannerisms are a big turn off.
Salman does seem to hate him a lot...that's why, he doesnt move on and stays on Kushal issues for longer than needed. I too share his hatred for Kushal, but I also hate Armaan, Tanisha and I'm disappointed that they get away easy with their quick apologies every time.
Still awake? Or gone to zzz after such a long post...lol!
