Neither. They are both being her sidekicks for the sake of the game.

All three of them have latched to each other to prolong their stay in BB house. Intention is not love or respect but the prized money to the winner at the end of the show.

Once out of the house Gauhar will stop calling Kushal babu and Aijaz will stop saying Khan saab 😆

Why are we talking about respecting here?

You need to understand that it's a viscious triangle. The three are using each other.

Gauhar is using Kushal for publicity and fame
Kushal is using Gauhar for the same
Ajaz thinks he can flirt and earn a name
But in the end everyone's using each other - everyone's to blame!
