i guess because he keeps repeating it to people, and there is a limit to everything! i feel that she definitely wanted to finally make it clear to him, thats why she kept asking him... and as we see in the pre cap he still hasn't understood...

True, she and kushal have told him once before...but before kushal was back to bb's house,she just laughed it off...never insisted ajaz to stop his flirtations...it was ok with her then...but as kushal is back now she changed her attitude towards ajaz...
