Why does Ajaz shakes his neck when talking to Sallu?

Anybody else noticed that Ajaz lifts his neck like a giraffe and it shakes when he is trying to answer to Salman. Basically its a wierd stare, followed by rapid shaking of his head. 😳

You know how Sangram coughs when he is lying, it seems Ajaz has his thought process shaken and stirred when he has to converse with Salman.

But I don't see any hand motion or gestures, if he shaked his hand with his neck I would say yeah thats our typical desi but here he only shakes his neck. 😆

hand motions come out when he goes "bhaai" "baaawa" "aise bole mereku" "aisich karna" etc etc
