Oh she has fans alright. There was a thread about it yesterday where someone voted for her 82 times. They also said she is apparently famous down south. Not sure why since she hasn't done a movie there in like 6 years. Also women vote for her - one section like her patience and calmness and another section are the ones who have probably suffered abuse at the hands of men. If you notice she has been nominated 5 times and never been in bottom two.
My personal opinion is that it is not based on votes. If it was Sofia would have gone out yesterday.
