Gold Medal in commonwealth wrestling championship 2006 (South Africa).

First of all, there was no Commonwealth Wrestling Championship in 2006. There was one in 2005 in South Africa, but Sangram never won any medals there as per the official confirmation.

World Best Professional Wrestler awarded by world professional wrestling federation in 2012

World Best Professional Wrestler awarded by world professional wrestling federation in 2012. The actual award he received is "World's Best Wrestler of 2011" from WWP which is a professional/entertainment wrestling promotion company based in South Africa. Sangram himself is part of their team and so the award is more like being the best in his team at WWP. WWP is the company promoting Sangram in his TV wrestling shows.

Top Ten Wrestler in the world in Senior World Wrestling Championship in Budapest, Hungary (2005).

As per Wrestling Federation of India, the top sporting body for Indian Wrestlers, Sangram Singh just participated in the championship. He was not in the top ten position even in his weight category (96 kg) let alone being World's Top 10.

Sr. National champion (2003)

As per the Wrestling Federation of India results, one Mr. Sanjit (not Sanjit Kumar) won a Silver medal representing Rajasthan state in the 120 KG category. There is no other Sanjit Kumar winning a Gold medal in any category. So the claims of being Sr. National Champion is patently wrong. If it was Sangram it was just a Silver medal/second place, not the champion.

2014 Paralympics Spokesperson

He is not a spokesperson as confirmed by the Paralympics through twitter for a query asking clarification on this. Also, no other mention of him being a spokesperson other than in Indian newspaper Mid Day (paid PR article?). And that precious article reads: "Payal Rohatgi's wrestler boyfriend Sangram Singh has become the new face of the tournament that will kick off in February next year." That is it! Now you decide for yourself.

President's Award 2006

It was mostly not a "President Award" as he claims, rather the photo clearly indicates it a private function outside the Rashtrapathi Bhavan. He was presented a "Best Wrestler" award by the then president, at a function organized by someone. But in no way was it an official, Government of India, "President's Award". Total misrepresentation.
