Also, it could just be a casual statement but when put in the larger scheme of things..Salman said to the caller "aap dhoondh doh Ajaz ke liye koi ladki. Acche khandan se" or something like that...

that was after talking about what ajaz feels for Gauahur.

Did Kushal not attack Armaan first with his budda comment? and then taunted Tanisha's height? If Armaan called him Kaaliya in defense, how is Armaan wrong here?
