From the viewpoint of a Bigg Boss housemate, (except Gauhar and mayyybe Kamya), it is definitely unfair.

As a viewer of the show, it is an interesting twist to a rather disappointing season, who knows he might liven up things.

From Endemol India's viewpoint, I guess they were willing to try anything to salvage the show, I guess that's more important to them than appearing to be fair, I can't blame them.

Kushal should have been called into the confession room when he attacked Andy and the situation should have been sorted out then and there. But the way this played out, it's a win-win situation for BB. Even when Kushal was out of the house, his haters and supporters alike were wondering whether he'd be back. With this show, there really is no such thing as bad publicity, or even rules :P

I think BB should make Kushal apologize to Andy to justify bringing him back into the show.

Kushal has an ulterior motive in apologizing to Tanisha, and that's why he did it. I'm not buying his good guy act.

And, really, I'm wondering who these women are who told him to slap Andy! He's such a liar!
