I think she is quite pretty. And honestly speaking, I think its no one's business if a person wants to do plastic surgery to improve their features. Its the entertainment industry and getting something like plastic surgery doesn't detract from one's character. Its a personal choice.

And as for what guys see in her - looks, body, strong willed personality, ability to make a guy feel really special and other things which are subjective to the male in question. As for Ajaz - he is a flirt and Gauhar could have been stern with him long back. She just wanted to protect his feelings. I do the same with guys who hit on me, unless they get vulgar.
