Technically he was evicted upon violence. That fulfils their end of the contract. Signing him back begins a new contract.

If Kushal is back as a contestant and not as a guest, if I were a contestant, I would leave the show, call a bunch of lawyers, and sue Endemol India and the producers of Bigg Boss.

It is in their contracts that they do not tolerate violence and contestants who are violent are immediately evicted.

No other Big Brother show wavers on this regardless of what the public thinks of the contestant. It is too much of a legality to allow a violent person on the show. Production is responsible for the well-being of the contestants.

And this action - of suing the show - is a STAND. Not like the wimpy stand of motormouth Gauhar!

Well than Armaan should have been kicked out of the show two days back ... "subjective violence"

It cannot be violence unless protested. Its like interfering between boyfriend girlfriend fight only to look like a fool when she tells you to buzz off (true story).

Blame Tanisha for enjoying the role playing, she is a fan of tough love.
