You know the whole media circus going on for ayega ayega... I think the article is saying the delay was due to production team putting out fire on the Tanisha Armaan issue. They're probably getting in touch with families, and making sure no video evidence gets leaked etc, that the crew doesn't leak info to media. That in itself takes a lot of time, and then to coordinate his re-entry, right time, etc. I think that is how it relates to Kushals entry.
