Yeah but it was kind of mocking Armaan and Tanisha - high time that happens so I was okay with it.

No, I think you're right about the pair thing because Sangram-Ajaz were paired up and they got saved - that's why Kamya couldn't pick Gauhar because she wanted to save Ajaz as well but knew Gauhar will get votes.
