Let me begin by stating I do not belong to any group and nurse neither love or hatred for any HM.

Today's episode reminded me of how things work in real life politics. There was time when Indian National Congress was headed by a gentleman called Sitaram Kesri. The party was on the verge of a breakdown. Members had become unruly and extremely competitive. To put a lid on such a mess, Sonia Gandhi was brought in. As soon as she joined in, intra party strife stopped as now all bickering members went back to what they originally were. Leaders without mass base but all swearing loyalty to a particular family. The choice of Ellie as a leader is not a tribute to her leadership qualities (she may have that, I am not undermining her skills) but a gesture of loyalty to the might of Salman Khan.

The thing which glues the other team is not their fraternal feelings but a deep sense of awe and reverence to the High Command read Salman Khan.

As an Indian who lives in India, I can say quite assertively that we do frown upon individuality and basically are conformist. Jaisa bade kehte hain waisa karo. Any questioning leads to one's being branded as an insolent person. As a race we love to follow rather than Ekla chalo .

I have nothing against Sofia, Sangram, Elli, Candy or even Andy. Each one of them deserve their 15 minutes of fame and that is why they are there. But SK by taking a very strident stance has ensured that no HM strays away from what he thinks is right without evoking his wrath.And thus has made BB7 into a predictable theatre of the absurd.What we are now watching are the sanitized version of Andy and others. As a viewer I am feeling cheated.

Kamya is the one to watch out for now. She is the only one who is not laying out all her cards and holding them very close to her chest.

Gauhar, imo is an emotional fool unlike what she presents herself as. She talks too much and thus exposes her emotions and words for public scrutiny.

Kushal turned out to be the clever one. He seems to got the maximum out of this mess called BB7.

Great to have such level of confidence but because she speaks almost always, without weighing her own words and consequences, time and again she is seen as eating her own words or contradicting herself!😛

Its great to have confidence and conviction to get on top of any situation, but the basic leadership quality demands a willingness to give a patient hearing to your followers/team members and give them request by taking their opinions.

Here is where Gauhar scores a big zero. She is a dictator, not from compulsion, but a basic belief that she is the best and she can NEVER go wrong, she knows everything. Her failure as a good person stems from the supreme beilef that nobody on this planet has any better sense to offer her. That gives her the confidence to take on anybody, be it BB or Salman. I would say this is murakhta rather than smartness.

She has everything, brains, poise, articulation and power to convince. But she puts off people by not giving them a shred of chance.That is DISRESPERCT to others. If someone intelligent, does manage to get her/his point right, G will defend her own, but never admit that she is wrong and somebody else was right. I think if somebody is really confident of themselves, they have to let others put cross their point too and be magnanimous enough to accept it too.

nothing gets better than that...😆..

how u promise leadership to one to bring in more support and then undercut to appoint the same leader that you wanted from the very beginning and leave the opposition feeling foolish😆

Gauhar is an egoist..cant take loosing..and losses her head at times..😆

wat she does not understand as kamya is..at times haarne mein jeetna hai😆
