Kushal Mangal means hunky dory or all is well. It is a phrase in Hindi and is generally used to ask people how they are and if everything is going okay. Like "Sab Kushal Mangal Hain Na?"

So I don't think it was a hint as to say that he'll be back on Mangalwar. But just a "Kushal Mangal" joke on Gauahar. :P To ask her if she is now Kushal Mangal. As in if she is okay now. :P
