What would have actually been fair (IMO)

Both Tanisha and Kushal should have been evicted or both should be in the house. That would have been fair, in my opinion.

Physical violence is physical violence. Circumstances do not matter. Nor does gender of the victim and assailant matter. If it did then then you could make a case in favor of every past contestant who was evicted. They were all oppressed, some faced a lot more than what these two did. But if one person has been retained after physical violence, then you should apply the same standards on others and you might as well make physical violence legitimate going forward. If there is a selective treatment then obviously there would be allegations of unfairness.

I agree. I am fond of Tanisha, especially over Gauhar and Kushal but violence is violence. Tanisha should have been evicted last week and Armaan and Kushal reprimanded for their behavior. And this week, Kushal was rightly evicted.

Thanks. I agree, Armaan should have also been nominated at the very least for the way he pushed Apurva. Sadly, this was not even raised in any of the debates here or even on Saturday show. You cannot bend rules for some situations.

I don't consider Tanisha's one to be violence, she didn't endanger or threaten neither was in aggressive posture after the initial outburst.

Kushal's aggression was not an initial outburst, it was deliberate and he did it with the intent to cause damage with full aggression and it did put Andy in danger.

Most importantly, that was not an issue related to him. He acted like a kerayeka tattu.

If posturing really mattered, then pooja mishra wouldn't have been evicted. She did far far less than what Kushal and Tanisha did. She just tried to stop Sid as he was walking away to have a word with him. Her intent wasn't wrong either. I think Tanisha's posturing was quite aggressive. The intent was clear. She leapt out of the box and pushed him in rage. Then she bumped into him twice and admitted to doing it. End of story.

The whole point is that aggression is aggression. If we get into subtleties and nitty gritties of everything like posturing etc then everyone from now on will find loopholes like this and try to evade eviction by arguing over these things. I can smile and slap someone tomorrow and say that atleast my posturing wasn't aggressive so this is not violence. Already you can see how people are justifying Kushal's agression by saying that what Andy did was wrong.

Personally speaking, Andy should have also been evicted on grounds of obscenity.
