Khushal is a coward and would go physical only after those guys who are physically weaker than him, like Vivek and Andy. Did he tried going physical with Asif or Armaan?. Where as what Tanisha did was totally heat of the hour and she went physical after Khushal knowing that he was a man and much stronger.

BB warned both of them/ Both violated the rules. She pushed him and he jumped out of BB house (he also harassed her in the name of the task). He is the one who repeated the mistake again even after the warning. So he is the one who should leave not tanisha.
