Andy is doing it for big boss.

The first task given by BB to Andy was to pacify Kushal so that he does not complain about Tanisha. But he failed, however then salman had to take side and make things ok for tanisha.

However, that step backfired. Most of the people felt that Salman was biased. Then they gave another task to Andy to make Kushal does something which show him in bad light. The nomination was also part of it. Andy was largely successful. I am not sure whether they really wanted Kushal out or not.

Now Salman can say that he was right about Kushal.
