Do you guys think Pratyusha deserve to be on number 1?😕 in my opinion pratyusha se bhi jyada log famous the No 1 pe rahene ke liye. I think Apoorva deserve to be on # 1 he has been a part of Pardes movie with shahrukh. then pyaar koi khel nahi with sunny deol, Lakeer with sunil shetty. then very famous tv show Jassi Jaise koi nahi, Bidaai, Radha ki betiyaan kuch kar dwwkhayegi. so sabse jyaada wo deserving tha 😕 or Gauhar😕

Agree infact sangrAm Andy kamya and Asif are more deserving thn her ( sangram in case of achievement )

Pratyusha also equally deserving because at such an young age with her less than 3 years experience in industry she has got so much awards for her acting. She has captured the hearts of mass of audience at the capacity of Anandi. She has put herself in Anandi's shoes and given life for the Adult version of Anandi which a majority of viewers would accept. So she is also equally deserving along with Appu,shilpa,kamya,sangram.
