No if dear, it IS a caste. Armaan should thx God that Mayawati dont watch this show. Otherwise he'd have been dragged to court & convicted in no time. Though i hope people report this to IBF coz i already did.

As per Indian Law he can be booked and tried under Act 33 of 1989. I am not sure of the IPC.

If banghi is referring to caste and that too in a derogatory manner, then is discrimination and is very offensive. It equivalent to saying 'nigger' in the U.S or 'Kaffir' in South Africa. For a public platform to condone these dialogues is abominable. Caste may be a common place and consciously accepted way f life in India but it des not make it ok. Why try to eradicate it if it's so acceptable ?
