Because Gauhar is the easy target, as she is a Muslim. So people can point a finger at her and say she is disrespecting Hinduism by not taking part, she is arrogant blah blah.
On the other hand, Kushal is a Hindu, he could have been in the bathroom or pretending to sleep the entire time pooja was on, but cos he is a Hindu, no one would bother to raise a point.
People like bringing religion in everything.
@ Gumrah: If you read my post carefully:
"It's irritating to see the religious narrow minded cat fight here. I can't understand why is everybody pinpointing only Gauhar? She atleast wore the saree and participated in the festivities standing alongside hell-vasis.
If you notice, every inmate was provided with traditional clothes. All the men were wearing kurtas. Kushal did not bother to wear kurta and participate in a yearly festival of his own religion because of stupid boycotting. Why is no one bothered about that?
Just because Gauhar is muslim, everybody is hell bent on judging her. Why cant people view it positively? She was the
only one standing beside hell wasis near the boundary and giving them company.
Grow up people. If you really understand your religion (whatever it be), then be tolerant to other religions. We are all humans first."
That's precisely what I said.
